Her talents have certainly been on the podium this week, as we’ve celebrated her races at the 2024 Australian Swimming trials, Jodie Mead has now been announced as a team member in the 2024 NSW All Schools Swim team. Just keep swimming Jodie!Broken Bay swimmers are heading to the 2024 School Sport Australia Games!!

In an outstanding result, Broken Bay has had five swimmers named in the 2024 NSW All Schools Swimming Team! These exceptional athletes will compete at the School Sport Australia Games on the Gold Coast from July 27-31.
Congratulations to all and best of luck! Go, Broken Bay!

As we did earlier this week, our year 10 year group came together again today to cheer on the amazing Jodie Mead who is competing in the Olympic trials for swimming! This time, we set up for viewing on a larger screen for full effect! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ The room felt electric as each and every student and teacher cheered her on.

St Joseph's Catholic College East Gosford

Something pretty exceptional happened today, and if you can't quite tell we are a VERY proud bunch!

Our very own Jodie Mead competed today in her 200m qualifying race for the Olympic games and together with her entire year 10 year, we cheered her on relentlessly. There were signs, screams, tears and goosebumps!

Jodie, we are so incredibly inspired by you and will be watching as you continue to show your grit and determination this week!
